Site Criteria Specifics
- A traditional streetside Starbird location starts at 2,000 sq. ft.
- 1800 sq. ft. can work provided there is offsite storage allocated elsewhere.
- Free-standing and End-cap locations are preferred; however, inline spaces will be considered.
- Patios are not required but are preferred in warmer climates.
- 10 – 15 parking spaces with 4 dedicated to carry-out is preferred.
- Large daytime population within 1 mile
