When you are approved to be promoted to a Supervisor, the Training Department will assign the Supervisor Training Self-Check Training Checklist and Learning Tracks to you. You will use this checklist to plan and sign off your training with your General Manager.

• 2-3 years in the restaurant business, at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Oversee and manage a shift by leading other hourly team members in execution of and adherence to Starbird hospitality and service standards.
• Coordinate and direct restaurant activities during the shift based on guest traffic flow.
• Monitor team member break procedures to be sure breaks are taken as scheduled and according to federal, state, or local regulations.
• Phase down the staffing at the restaurant based on the business flow to help control labor expenses.

• Visit locations throughout the week and perform weekly audits on each location.
