Who We Are
Starbird's vision from the beginning was to re-invent the traditional fast food experience. We knew it was time for the Super-Premium Fast Food category to be created. We believed that fried chicken hadn’t reached its true potential, too often being heavy, greasy and featuring the same old flavors. After trying 100 different recipes, we landed on a perfectly crispy, gluten friendly piece of chicken that paired tremendously well with sauces, salads, sandwiches, tacos and more.
